Kevin Federline Facing His Own Legal Trouble Amid Britney Spears’ DUI Arrest!
Britney Spears isn’t the only one with legal trouble.
Weeks before the pop star was arrested this week, her ex-husband Kevin Federline was hit with a lawsuit by Bank of America! The paperwork was filed on February 19, according to court docs viewed by TMZ on Friday.

According to the bank, the ex-dancer opened up an account in December 2024 — just one month after Britney paid her last child support payment. Per reports, he’d been getting $20k a month. But when the money dried up, he took to the credit card company for his needs, racking up a bill of $12,186.64 that he’s allegedly failed to pay!
NOT good! Kevin’s gonna have to deal with that!
