Taylor Swift Is Being Dragged Back Into Blake Lively & Justin Baldoni’s Legal Drama Ahead Of Trial Start Date!
Taylor Swift is right back in the middle of Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s legal battle.
Ahead of when the It Ends With Us co-stars’ civil trial kicks off next month, we’re hearing the pop superstar is once again a topic of discussion in the case. On Saturday, Page Six viewed court documents relating to the upcoming trial. According to the outlet, Taylor’s name is mentioned amongst a series of questions Blake and Justin’s teams “collaboratively” worked to produce on Friday to be used in the jury selection process. Per the outlet, one of the questions asks:
“Do you know any of the following people that you may hear from or about over the course of the trial?”
The Life of a Showgirl’s name is then listed alongside a slew of other high-profile celebs who could potentially be mentioned or even testify in the case, per the report.

Furthermore, the questions ask if potential jurors have any knowledge of Justin, Ryan Reynolds, Blake’s sister Robyn, and several IEWU cast members such as Jenny Slate, Hasan Minhaj, and even author Colleen Hoover.
What a nightmare for Taylor during her wedding planning process!
This revelation comes after Justin’s legal team asked for an extension to review the “voluminous overbreadth of Lively’s witness and exhibit lists” that she filed earlier in the week. According to the outlet, Justin’s filings argue:
“Lively’s lists are currently impractical for both pretrial and trial purposes, obscure the witnesses and exhibits the Wayfarer Parties will actually have to confront, and create reams of unnecessary work at a time when the parties should be focusing their efforts for trial.”
According to TMZ, included in said lists is a “a Taylor Swift cookie recipe that was linked in other correspondence,” which Justin’s team argues is an example of what they believe is “exceptionally unlikely” to be shown in court.
