QUEEN LATIFAH JOINS SEASON 30 OF “THE VOICE”
There’s a new queen in the coach’s chair. Grammy-winning artist, actress, producer, and entertainment icon Queen Latifah is officially joining NBC’s hit singing competition The Voice as a first-time coach for the show’s milestone 30th season.
She’ll join returning fan favorites Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine, along with country star Riley Green, when the series returns this fall.

While many younger fans know Queen Latifah from projects like The Equalizer and Chicago, her music credentials make her a natural fit for the competition. A pioneering force in hip-hop, Latifah helped break barriers for women in rap with hits like “U.N.I.T.Y.” and has earned a Grammy Award along with multiple nominations throughout her career.
Her addition brings a fresh dynamic to the coaching panel and gives contestants access to one of the entertainment industry’s most versatile performers. Beyond music, Latifah has enjoyed success across film, television, producing, and live performance, making her one of the few entertainers whose career spans nearly every corner of Hollywood.
The milestone season is expected to feature special surprises celebrating the show’s 30th installment, making Latifah’s arrival one of the biggest casting additions in recent years.
With Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine returning, Riley Green making his coaching debut, and Queen Latifah ready to mentor the next generation of artists, Season 30 is shaping up to be one of The Voice’s most star-powered seasons yet.
The Voice returns to NBC this fall.
