ABC In SHAMBLES After Bachelorette Cancellation — Taylor Frankie Paul Drama Costing Them BIG TIME & Money’s Not The Only Problem!

Taylor Frankie Paul’s drama is costing ABC millions of dollars. No exaggeration!

Now that the reality star’s season of The Bachelorette has officially been canned by the broadcasting company, we’re hearing about the unfortunate ripple effect it’s causing.

In case you’re not up to date, footage leaked on Thursday of Taylor’s 2023 domestic violence incident with ex Dakota Mortensen, in which she’s seen allegedly violently attacking him and even sadly striking her daughter Indy Paul with a chair in the process.

As a direct result, ABC made the decision to pull her season of The Bachelorette before it ever airs, noting this at the time of their cancellation move

“In light of the newly released video just surfaced today, we have made the decision to not move forward with the new season of The Bachelorette at this time, and our focus is on supporting the family.”

Now, sources with direct knowledge are saying ABC and Warner Bros. Discovery are in shambles as the show was just three days out from airing.

According to an insider who spoke to TMZ about it, each episode cost roughly $2 million to produce, and questions are already being raised about which studio is responsible for Taylor’s casting and who should take on for the cost.

The insider claimed only one of three episodes — the one that was set to premiere on Sunday — was all edited and ready to go. The other two had yet to be touched. Oh, and also, now a whole team of post-production staff will unfortunately have to be laid off!

Oof…

And beyond that, ABC is out a ton of dinero — we’ve already seen Cinnabon pull their brand deal with The Bachelorette, but other brands have also sunk money into the company in exchange for air time on the show. Which, obviously, that air time will now never see the light of day. Down the drain…

On top of all that, one of the top four contenders on this season is apparently lined up to be the next Bachelor — but now they will have to start their search from scratch as he won’t be popularized ahead of time by The Bachelorette. Sources say the next season of The Bachelor will either be delayed, or a previous constant will have to be picked.

Yikes!!! What a disaster!
