Oh, you just know Jennifer Lopez is not letting anything slide these days — especially not that name. Yes, THAT name!!!
During her ongoing Las Vegas residency over the weekend, the superstar spent her time busy AF doing what she does best: working the crowd, serving looks, and pulling lucky fans onstage for their moment in the spotlight. But one unsuspecting audience member got a little more than he bargained for when he introduced himself.

According to footage making the rounds online right now, J.Lo invited a guy up to join her and her dancers, teasing the crowd as she did so. And let’s just say, she set the tone immediately:
“Look at this guy. We gonna take him for everything he’s got.”
Ooh!
Playful, right? But things took a sharp turn the second she asked for his name. The fan grabbed the mic and revealed his name was… Ben.
Cue the record scratch!
Without missing a beat, Lopez shot back with a perfectly timed and hilariously brutal:
“Ugh!”
Yes, really. She even pulled a sour face before cracking up and quickly ushering the poor guy off behind the curtain. Savage, but make it funny!

Of course, the moment hit a little harder considering her very public split from Ben Affleck. The two rekindled their early-2000s romance in 2021, tied the knot soon after, and then called it quits when Lopez filed for divorce in August 2024. So yeah, the name might still sting just a little.
But if there’s one thing J.Lo has proven lately, it’s that she’s more than willing to laugh at her own love life. Earlier this month, she joked onstage about her past marriage to Marc Anthony, quipping that she really hit her stride after her third divorce. Self-awareness? We love to see it!

Still, you have to feel for this random Ben. Imagine finally getting your big moment with the one-and-only… just to be instantly roasted because of your name. Honestly, he deserves a drink after that.
