Timothée is nominated for Best Actor for his performance in Marty Supreme, but his recent comment controversy might be overshadowing things a bit. Host Conan O’Brien already made a joke about it! During the opening monologue, he quipped:
“Security is extremely tight tonight. I’m told there’s concerns of attacks from both the opera and ballet communities.”
Obviously the camera immediately panned to Timmy and Kylie, who both put on the biggest laughs to convey good sportsmanship amid all the chatter.

Big names like Whoopi Goldberg, Nathan Lane, Misty Copeland, and even Steven Spielberg have thrown shade over it. It’s all anyone’s been talking about, entertainment-wise!
