Lil Tjay Calls Offset ‘A Rat’ — As Police Accuse Him Of Starting Fight That Resulted In Shooting
Jeez. Police have released new information on Offset‘s shooting, and all fingers point to his rival Lil Tjay!
As Perezcious readers know, Offset was shot and sustained “non-life-threatening injuries” outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on Monday night. Rapper Lil Tjay was arrested for misdemeanor disorderly conduct-affray for allegedly participating in a fight before shots were fired.
He’s since been released on a $500 bond. And while his lawyer insisted he had nothing to do with the shooting, he was HEATED as he got out! NBC Miami caught video of him calling the Migos member a “rat” and calling him the N-word, a racial slur. He was pissed off over the altercation as he left jail on Tuesday — but he didn’t clarify why.

But as much as he may want to deny involvement, the police are now calling him out!
TMZ obtained the probable cause affidavit, which details that at around 7:22 p.m., Tjay “directed members of his party to start a fight with another group of males” at the hotel and casino. The cops claim that during the confrontation, one of Tjay’s associates pulled a gun and shot Offset.
What’s more, cops saw security footage of Tjay getting out of his car, pointing at Cardi B‘s ex-husband, and leading a group over to him — where the fight then broke out. Apparently, Tjay even filmed the whole thing on his phone!
The groups continued to fight until police showed up. Another person was detained at the scene, but their identity was not announced. It’s unclear if they are facing charges.
Thankfully, Offset seems to be doing well. He was photographed sitting outside the hospital having a cigarette on Tuesday morning. Such a scary situation. We’re wishing him well as he recovers!
