Taryn Manning Slammed With Legal Trouble Over Massive Debt Weeks Before Attacking Girlfriend — Hear Her Side Of The Story
Taryn Manning has found herself at the center of a legal debacle.
On Wednesday, TMZ reported that the Orange Is the New Black alum was sued by a company called PDS Adjustment in January over a breach of contract. Per legal docs, Taryn was supposed to pay the company 20% of any and all insurance payouts over a water loss issue at her sprawling $1.3 million Palm Springs mansion. However, the company alleged the Karen actress failed to pay up, so they came after her legally for $37,140 in damages.
Yikes! What a sour way to start the new year! But things only got murkier for Taryn…

Earlier this week, TMZ obtained footage of the 47-year-old getting into a brawl with her on-again, off-again girlfriend Holly Hartman. In the footage, which was recorded by Holly, Taryn screams, “Look what you’ve done to my f***ing studio!” before lunging at her. Taryn threatens to dial 911, and Holly encourages her to do so:
“Call the police. I’ll show them you just attacked me.”

On Tuesday, the Bloodline Killers star addressed the situation in an Instagram video:
“I know that violence is never, ever, ever good. There’s a lot of context to that story that obviously didn’t make it.”
She denied Holly is her girlfriend and added:
“[She] bashed my windshield, slashed tires, went to Daily Mail about me in the most aggressive, violent attack. And she’s living in my office because she’s homeless. This is a 36-year-old woman that I have tried for so long, for 18 years, to try to help.”
Addressing her appearance, she noted that someone named Riki Boo Boo “beat the crap” out of her and “tore” her lip, but she didn’t come forward in an attempt to not “snitch.”

In 2012, Taryn was arrested for attacking Holly, and in 2016, Holly filed for a restraining order against the actress over an amalgamation of brawls. Oof.
