Olivia Rodrigo Announces New Festival Daisy Chain Fields with All-Female Lineup

Olivia Rodrigo is turning a longtime dream into reality with the launch of Daisy Chain Fields, a brand-new music festival coming to Great Park in Irvine on August 29, 2026.

The one-day event will feature an all-women lineup spanning multiple generations of artists – from Chappell Roan and Doechii, to Stevie Nicks and Sarah McLachlan- while supporting organizations dedicated to advancing opportunities for women and girls.

The event, presented by the City of Irvine, will be operated by PSQ Productions through its management of Great Park Live, as well as C3 Presents, known for other large festivals including Lollapalooza and Ohana, and via Live Nation.

Rodrigo will headline a lineup that reads like a celebration of women in music across genres and generations. Joining her at Great Park will be Chappell Roan, Doechii, Mitski, Garbage, Bikini Kill, The Breeders, Santigold, KATSEYE, and Rachel Chinouriri. The festival will also feature special guest appearances from music legends Stevie Nicks, Karen O, and Sarah McLachlan, creating a bridge between iconic artists and today’s rising stars.

Rodrigo recently released her third studio album, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love and shared this sentiment with the festival’s announcement, “Daisy Chain Fields is built on the belief that joy, community, and creativity can inspire meaningful change.” The festival aims to bring together music, activism, education, and community engagement in a way that encourages connection and positive action.

At just 23 years old, Rodrigo has already established herself as one of the most influential artists of her generation. With Daisy Chain Fields, she’s expanding that influence beyond the stage by creating a platform that celebrates female artists while supporting causes that directly impact women and girls.

For fans, it promises one of the most exciting and impactful music events of the summer. For Southern California, Daisy Chain Fields has all the ingredients to become a defining festival moment of 2026.

The announcement has already generated significant buzz across the music industry, with many fans comparing the event to a modern-day Lilith Fair, the groundbreaking all-female touring festival that helped reshape the music landscape in the late 1990s.

Beyond the performances, Daisy Chain Fields will feature nonprofit activations, educational resources, community art experiences, local vendors, fan pop-ups, and immersive installations designed to encourage dialogue and engagement around issues affecting women and girls.

Perhaps most notably, 100 percent of the festival’s net proceeds will benefit nonprofit organizations dedicated to supporting women and girls. Beneficiaries include organizations focused on reproductive health, maternal care, economic empowerment, domestic violence prevention, and gender equity, including Planned Parenthood, Baby2Baby, Black Mamas Matter Alliance, and the Center for Reproductive Rights.

For Orange County music fans, the festival represents another major entertainment event for Irvine’s Great Park, which has increasingly become a destination for large-scale concerts, sporting events, and cultural programming. The announcement also arrives during a banner year for Southern California events, with FIFA World Cup festivities, stadium tours, and major festivals drawing visitors from around the globe.

Presale tickets begin June 24, with Daisy Chain Fields taking over Great Park in Irvine on August 29.
